RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT #4 TO THE ENGINEER'S AGREEMENT FOR THE TAYLOR RANCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - HVAC RENOVATION PROJECT
Description
This amendment will finalize the services agreement for design and construction administration services on this project. This amendment will adjust the basic services fee portion of the contract from $215,000.00 to $199,010.00 due to charge backs associated with design errors and omissions. There is no cost associated with this amendment.
Recommendation
That Amendment #4 to the engineer's agreement, dated 2/1/2005, with Forney Engineering, Inc. for the Taylor Ranch Elementary School - HVAC Renovation project be ratified as presented.
